Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled Oatmeal
- 1 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- ⅓ cups Honey
- Pinch Of Salt
- ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil, Melted
- ½ cups Chocolate Chips (I Used Mini)
- 1 Scoop Collagen (optional)
Preparation
Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well to combine. Pour batter into parchment-lined pan and press down. Refrigerate overnight (you want to refrigerate overnight because this is a no-bake recipe and this will allow the oats to absorb the moisture and soften).
Cut into bars and enjoy! Store in fridge.
