Description

Simple healthy recipe for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice Bread, Toasted
  • ½  Avocado, Sliced
  • ½ cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper To Taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

On toasted bread, add avocado and top with cheese. Sprinkle with pepper.

Put on baking sheet. Bake in oven for 10 minutes, so cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm and enjoy!
