Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Banana
- ¾ cups Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preparation
Mash banana in a large bowl. Add coconut and vanilla. Mix well.
Drop cookies on baking sheet, about 1 tablespoon of mixture per cookie. Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes.
