Ingredients
- ½ cups Toasted Coconut Flakes
- 1 cup Cashews
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Protein Powder
- 6 Dates, Softened (let Sit In Hot Water For 5 Minutes)
- ½ cups Coconut Butter
- 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder
- Pinch Of Salt
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until everything is finally processed and is starting to form a dough. (If it’s not coming together, add a little melted coconut oil or more coconut butter.)
Form into balls (I did about 1 large tablespoon size) and store in the fridge or freezer .
