Ingredients

  • ½ cups Apple Juice
  • ½ teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1-¼ Tablespoon Whey Protein Powder
  • ½ cups Frozen Vanilla Yogurt

Preparation

Add all ingredients into a blender, run blender 2 minutes. Pour into a chilled glass. Enjoy!
