Ingredients

  • ½ cups Nutella
  • ¾ cups Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • ¼ cups Sweetened Coconut Flakes
  • ¾ cups Confectioners Sugar, Divided

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, add Nutella and peanut butter. Mix well. Add protein powder and coconut flakes, 1/4 of the confectioners sugar, and stir. Coat clean hands with confectioners sugar and roll out desired-sized balls. Coat balls in remaining confectioners sugar.

Place in an airtight container and refrigerate promptly.
