Description

Super simple, delicious and healthy breakfast made with acai juice, oats, chia seeds and coconut yogurt and then topped with berries and chopped almonds.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Coconut Yogurt (I Use So Delicious)
  • ½ cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • ½ cups Acai Juice
  • ½ cups Raspberries
  • ½ cups Blueberries
  • Almonds, Roughly Chopped, For Garnish

Preparation

Place coconut yogurt, oats, chia seeds and acai juice in a bowl or jar and stir together. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight or for 20 minutes minimum. Before serving, stir in more acai juice if you need to thin it out at all. Top with berries and almonds.
