Description

This nutritious dense Acaí Berry Smoothie Bowl is a delicious and healthy substitute to the traditional breakfast. Makes a great lunch and fun snack too!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain, Whole Milk Yogurt
  • 1 whole Frozen Banana
  • ½ cups Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 2 Tablespoons Acaí Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients until it forms a thick smoothie. Pour into a bowl or Mason jar if you are planning to eat on the go.

Top with your favorite berries, nuts and seeds. Drizzle with honey if needed.
