Description
A healthy, easy, traditional Chinese tisane with chrysanthemum buds and vitamin-c-rich goji berries!
Ingredients
- 8 Chrysanthemum Buds
- 20 Goji Berries
- 2 cups Water
Preparation
Lightly rinse the chrysanthemum and goji berries. Bring water to a boil in a small pot. Add chrysanthemum and goji berries, let boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat. Let steep for a couple of hours until liquid is amber colored.
If desired, buds and berries can be strained out of the tea before serving and used for a second steeping.
