Here’s the method on how to make perfect eggs from soft boiled eggs to hard boiled eggs in the pressure cooker.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Extra Large Egg
- 1 cup Water
Preparation
First place the trivet into the pressure cooker and add 1 cup of cold water into the pot. Then, place the egg at the centre of the trivet.
Pressure cook at low pressure for your desired consistency from 5 minutes to 14 minutes. Then, immediately quick release.
Immediately remove the eggs and place them in a bowl of cold water for 4 minutes. Peel and serve!
