Description
Deliciously fudgy no-bake peanut butter dough balls stuffed with chocolate chips and packed full of protein. Each ball contains 7 grams of protein!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
- ½ cups Non-fat Milk Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cups Chocolate Chips
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, milk powder, coconut flour, almond milk, and vanilla extract until combined. If mixture seems too dry, add more almond milk; if too wet, add more flour.
Fold in chocolate chips, then roll the dough into 12 balls. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to eat.
