Ingredients

  • 4 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons Real Bacon Bits
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1-¼ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Divided
  • ¼ cups Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
  • ¼ cups Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Have an oval or square oven safe baking dish ready.

In a mixing bowl, add softened cheese, bacon bits, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined. Add 1 cup cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack Cheese, fold into mixture. Transfer to the baking dish and add remaining cheddar cheese and bread crumbs evenly on top.

Bake 8–10 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite chips or crackers.
