Ingredients

  • ½ cups 1% Milk
  • ½ cups Yogurt (I Use Greek Yogurt)
  • ¼ cups Cooked Instant Oats
  • 3 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Dry Cocoa Powder

Preparation

In a blender, add all ingredients and blend together 2 minutes. Creamy, smooth and delicious!
