Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies Without Sugar

Description

It’s easy, it’s fun, it’s delicious! On top of that, it’s made without sugar or white flour and you can have some done in 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quick Oats
  • 2  Bananas, Mashed
  • 2  Apples, Peeled And Grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Fruit, Chopped
  • 3  Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 4 teaspoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Butter, Softened
  • Fresh Blueberries, For Garnish (optional)

Preparation

Grind or process oats and pour into a big bowl. Add mashed banana, grated apple, dried fruit, eggs, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Slice butter and add to bowl. Mix until batter is smooth.

Preheat oven to 356°F (180°C). Meanwhile, portion out dough by dropping spoonfuls onto a baking tray. Flatten cookies slightly. If desired, stick a blueberry in the middle of each one to make them pretty.

Bake cookies for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
