We’ve had some leftover pumpkin in the freezer for some time and we wanted to make a very simple, naturally sweetened recipe with just a few ingredients. Perfect for breakfast!
Ingredients
- FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
- ½ whole Banana
- ½ cups Roasted Pumpkin
- 3 Tablespoons Rolled Oats
- ⅛ teaspoons Pumpkin Spice
- 1 teaspoon Hemp Protein
- 150 milliliters Nondairy Milk
- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Flakes
Preparation
Add smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour everything into a bowl. Add toppings.
