Ingredients

  • FOR THE GRANOLA TOPPING:
  • ½ cups Flour
  • 4 Tablespoons Cold Butter Cubed
  • 1-½ cup Granola
  • FOR THE BERRY MIXTURE:
  • 2 pounds Frozen Berries
  • ¼ cups Sugar
  • ¼ cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Ginger
  • ¼ teaspoons Nutmeg

Preparation

Heat oven to 350ºF.

In a bowl, combine flour and butter. Using a fork, cut butter into flour until crumbly. Add granola and mix until well-combined. Set aside.

In another large bowl, combine ingredients for berry mixture and mix until well-combined. Pour berry mixture into a 9 x 12 baking pan and cover with granola topping. Bake for 45 minutes.

Serve warm alone or with ice cream.
