Description

Scrumptious dip for fresh fruits, sugar cookies, and baked goods. Only 4 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Mangoes, Cut Into Cubes
  • 1 cup Mascarpone
  • ¼ cups Softened Cream Cheese
  • ¼ cups Sweetened Coconut Flakes

Preparation

Add cubed mango into a food processor and pulse several times. Add mascarpone, cream cheese and run until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and fold in coconut flakes.

Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
