Description
Great seasonal rhubarb that gets turned into a delicious simple syrup. Your summertime drinks just got a whole lot better.
Ingredients
- 3 Ribs Rhubarb, Cut Into Sections, Lightly Smashed
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
Preparation
Simple. Hence the name.
Add everything to a saucepan, and bring to a light boil. Stir to dissolve the sugar, and then set aside off heat to let cool.
Once cooled, store in the refrigerator.
