Description

A refreshing Indian smoothie known as lassi. Fresh mango, yogurt, sugar, and cardamom make this a great drink on a hot day.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Mango, Peeled, Chopped
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 cup Cold Milk
  • ½ cups Ice Cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 whole Cardamom Pod, Seeds Only

Preparation

Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.

This is smooth, creamy, and slightly sweet. It’s perfect on any summer afternoon.
