Description

A lovely light but creamy gluten-free and dairy-free pasta dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Salmon Steaks
  • ½ whole Onion, Diced
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cornflour
  • 150 milliliters Dairy Free Cream
  • 150 milliliters Garlic And Herb Stock
  • 1 teaspoon Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Dill
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 150 grams Gluten Free Linguine Or Spaghetti

Preparation

Pan fry salmon steaks. Remove skin and flake.

Cook onion with garlic paste. Add flaked fish. Sprinkle cornflour on top. Add cream and stock. Mix in chives, dill and season with salt and pepper.

Simmer gently for 5–10 minutes until sauce has thickened. Add cooked linguine and serve.
