Description

This tangy basil lime hummus packs serious flavor with less than half the calories of store-bought. In just 10 minutes, you’ve got a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chickpeas, Drained.
  • ½ cups Fresh Basil Leaves, Large Stems Removed
  • 1 Tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • ½ whole Lime, Juiced
  • ½ teaspoons Himalayan Pink Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Amchur (mango Powder; Optional)
  • ⅛ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • ⅛ cups Water

Preparation

You will need a food processor, blender, or hand blender to make this.

Add all ingredients and blend until very smooth. Taste and adjust for salt, lime, and cayenne flavors to taste if you like.
