Ingredients

  • 4 whole Fresh Apricots, Diced Small
  • 1 whole Fresh Or Frozen Banana, Cut Into Chunks
  • ½ cups 1% Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Whey Protein Powder
  • ⅛ teaspoons Nutmeg

Preparation

Add apricot and banana to a blender and pulse several times. Add remaining ingredients and blend on high for 2 minutes.

Serve in a chilled glass and enjoy!
