Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
- 5 leaves Mint
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 7 ounces, weight Seedless Watermelon Pieces
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
Preparation
Blend the ginger, mint leaves, lemon juice and watermelon together in an electric mixer. Strain (optional) into a serving glass and add salt, pepper and some ice cubes. Serve chilled.
