Make perfect granola every time with this simple granola formula.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Rolled Oats
- ¾ cups Pecans, Roughly Chopped
- ¾ cups Cashews, Roughly Chopped
- ½ cups Pepitas
- 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- ⅓ cups Packed Light Brown Sugar
- ⅓ cups Honey
- ⅓ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Flaky Sea Salt
- 1-½ cup Dried Cherries
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300°F.
In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, and coconut.
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, honey, oil, and salt over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Bring to a simmer, then pour over oat mixture. Stir until evenly combined. Spread onto a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet.
Bake, stirring a few times, until golden and crisp, about 45 minutes. Let cool completely, then stir in cherries.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
