Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Description

This is about to become your favorite breakfast for fall! All of the flavors of apple pie in one jar!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cups Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • ⅓ cups Chopped Apples
  • 1 teaspoon Flax Seed
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon

Preparation

Add all of the ingredients to a jar, shake well and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Overnight oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
