- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Whole Milk (sub Skim For Less Calories)
- ⅔ cups Plain Yogurt
- ¼ cups Instant Oatmeal

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2–3 minutes or until all ingredients are combined.
