Description

This twist on the classic iced tea is a powerful elixir, combining phenomenal green tea with fresh mint and ginger for mood boosting and digestive benefits. Super healthy and of course, delicious.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Water
  • 1 piece (Thumb Size) Ginger, Peeled And Thinly Sliced
  • 6 whole Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 4 bags (Individual Serving Size) Green Tea
  • ⅓ cups Raw Honey
  • ½  Lemon, Juiced
  • Lemon Wedges And Mint Leaves, Optional For Serving

Preparation

Bring the water and ginger to a boil in a pot. Remove from heat. Add fresh mint and green tea bags. Put the lid on and steep for 10-15 minutes. Then, strain. Add the honey and lemon juice. Cool, then refrigerate until chilled. Serve plain or with fresh mint and slices of lemon.
