Honey-Baked French Toast

Perfect breakfast or brunch for two!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Large Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 Tablespoon Light Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 4 slices Your Favorite Bread
  • ¼ cups Pure Honey

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

In a large bowl, add beaten eggs, cream, vanilla, and cinnamon. Whisk well. Coat each slice of bread on both sides and transfer each slice to a nonstick baking sheet pan in a single row. Place into the hot oven on the middle rack and bake 5 minutes each side.

Plate and drizzle honey over. Delicious!
