Description

This popsicle is full of vanilla flavor and comforting creaminess. The trick to both is the vanilla bean and full-fat creamy milk.

From Meseidy Rivera of The Noshery.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1  Vanilla Bean (See Note)

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, and cream. Whisk until well-combined.

Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise. Using the back of a small knife, scrape out the vanilla paste (seeds) inside. Add the vanilla to the milks and whisk until well combined.

Using a ladle or a vessel with a spout for pouring, carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, being careful not to overfill. Cover and place sticks in the molds. Freeze overnight.

Note: You can substitute vanilla bean with 1 teaspoon vanilla paste or 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
