Description
Vegan burgers made with canned black beans and corn.
Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Corn
- ½ cups Old Fashioned Oats
- ½ whole Onion, Finely Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseed
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mash everything together with a potato masher until fully combined.
Using your hands, form mixture into equal-sized patties. Place onto a plate and set aside.
Either grill on an outdoor or indoor grill or cook in 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat.
