Description
Scrambled eggs that include cottage cheese instead of a traditional cheese, like cheddar.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 4 Eggs, Cracked In Small Bowl
- ⅓ cups Cottage Cheese
- ½ Tablespoons Chopped Chives
- ¼ teaspoons Salt, Or To Taste
- 1 dash Pepper
Preparation
Heat a medium sauce pan to slightly above medium heat. Add the butter and the 4 cracked eggs. Stir the ingredients regularly with spatula until the eggs are sightly firm. Stir in the cottage cheese, chives, salt and pepper. Cook until eggs are set.
Remove eggs from heat immediately and serve with sliced tomato (optional).
