    Description

    With the addition of instant oatmeal, this healthy smoothie is filling enough for a quick, on-the-go lunch.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cups Orange Juice
    • 1 cup Plain Or Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt
    • ⅓ cups Instant Oatmeal
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
    • 1 whole Banana Cut Into Fourths
    • 5 whole Strawberries
    • 1 cup Ice (about 4-5 Cubes)

    Preparation

    In a blender, add ingredients in the order listed.

    Blend, then pulse to crush the ice.

    Pour into a large cup or travel mug for an on-the-go meal.
