With the addition of instant oatmeal, this healthy smoothie is filling enough for a quick, on-the-go lunch.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Orange Juice
- 1 cup Plain Or Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt
- ⅓ cups Instant Oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 whole Banana Cut Into Fourths
- 5 whole Strawberries
- 1 cup Ice (about 4-5 Cubes)
Preparation
In a blender, add ingredients in the order listed.
Blend, then pulse to crush the ice.
Pour into a large cup or travel mug for an on-the-go meal.
