Description
A very simple omelet, but no less delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- ½ cups Diced Tomatoes
- ¼ cups Walnuts, Coarsely Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- ½ teaspoons Dry Oregano
Preparation
Beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
Heat a frying pan for 2 minutes over low heat. Pour in olive oil and then pour in the beaten eggs.
Drop the diced tomatoes, walnuts and the cream cheese. Cook until the mixture is no longer runny. Add some salt and pepper and oregano.
