Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain, Whole Milk Yogurt
- 1 whole Frozen Banana
- ½ cups Frozen Mixed Berries
- 2 Tablespoons Acaí Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients until it forms a thick smoothie. Pour into a bowl or Mason jar if you are planning to eat on the go.
Top with your favorite berries, nuts and seeds. Drizzle with honey if needed.
