A healthy, chilled smoothie in a bowl, blended with strawberries and coconut milk, topped with almonds, coconut, strawberries and a drizzle of honey.
Ingredients
- 3-⅝ ounces, weight Pure Acai Smoothie
- 1 cup Strawberries, Frozen
- ½ cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk, From Carton
- FOR THE TOPPINGS:
- Sliced Strawberries
- 1 teaspoon Coconut, Shredded
- 1 Tablespoon Almonds, Slivered
- 1 teaspoon Honey
Preparation
Defrost smoothie pack according to directions. In a blender, add contents of acai smoothie pouch, frozen strawberries, and coconut milk. Blend until combined. Pour into a bowl and top with sliced strawberries, coconut, almonds and a drizzle of honey.
