Description

This energy-boosting Acai Matcha Smoothie is just what you need to start your day off on the right foot. Perfect for on the go!

Ingredients

  • 2  (3 1/2 Oz. Size) Frozen Acai Puree Packets (See Note)
  • 1  Banana
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • ½ teaspoons Matcha
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy immediately.

Notes:
1. I bought my frozen acai packets at Trader Joe’s, but they have them at pretty much any grocery store in the frozen fruit section.
2. Acai is naturally pretty tart and not sweet, so depending on the sweetness of your banana, you may need to add more honey to adjust to your liking.
