Description
Ahi Tuna Tacos loaded with cabbage, cilantro, radishes and topped with a spicy Sriracha mayo.
Ingredients
- FOR THE AHI TUNA TACOS:
- 2 cups Pre Shredded Cabbage, (I Used A Mix With Cabbage And Carrots)
- 8 whole Flour Tortillas
- ¼ cups Thinly Sliced Radishes
- 6 ounces, weight Bumble Bee SuperFresh® Ahi Tuna, Thawed
- ¼ cups Fresh Cilantro
- Sesame Seeds (optional)
- FOR THE SRIRACHA MAYONNAISE:
- ½ cups Mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoons Sriracha
- ½ teaspoons Lime Juice
Preparation
For the tacos:
To assemble tacos, place a sprinkle of cabbage onto each tortilla and place some radishes on top. Top with 2 pieces of tuna and a sprinkle of cilantro and sesame seeds on top, if desired.
Serve immediately with a drizzle of Sriracha mayo.
For the Sriracha mayo:
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine. Set aside until you are ready to eat your tacos.
