Description
Air Fryer Meatballs are so easy to make and so juicy and flavorful. Once you make meatballs using this method it is going to be your new favorite cooking method.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- ½ cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- ¼ cups Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 6 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, spices, salt, pepper, and Parmesan well.
Make meatballs from the meat mixture into medium-sized balls. Set aside or place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 400ºF. Place meatballs in air fryer making sure they do not touch each other. Spray with olive oil and cook at 400ºF for 8–10 minutes.
Serve with marinara sauce or use for sub sandwiches or sliders.
Makes about 12 golfball-sized meatballs.
