Simple and delicious air fryer meatloaf.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Onion, Chopped
- 2 pounds 80/20 Ground Beef
- 3 Tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- FOR THE GLAZE:
- ½ cups Ketchup
- ¼ cups Brown Sugar
Preparation
Saute onion for a few minutes.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, sautéed onion, salt, and pepper. Place beef mixture on a tray.
Preheat air fryer to 380ºF and cook meatloaf for 40 minutes.
Mix ketchup and brown sugar in a bowl to make the glaze. Once air frying cycle is complete, brush glaze on the meatloaf. Air fry meatloaf for another 5 minutes.
Rest meatloaf for 15 minutes before serving.
