These Alaskan Pollock Burgers with Peach Mango Salsa are easy to prepare and bursting with flavor!
Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Mangos, Diced
- 2 Peaches, Peeled And Diced
- ½ Small Red Onion, Diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- ¼ cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Jalapeno, Seeded And Diced
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt, Depending On Your Tastes
- 4 Trident Seafoods® Wild Alaskan Pollock Burgers
- 4 Burger Buns, Cut In Half
Preparation
In a medium bowl, combine mango, peaches, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, and jalapeno. Drizzle in lime juice and add salt. Stir thoroughly to combine and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cook burgers according to package directions. Place burgers onto buns and top with peach mango salsa. Serve immediately.
