Description
This smoothie has everything I need to keep me going in the morning. Protein, fruit, a little kick of caffeine, and a small bit of chocolate indulgence.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Milk (or Milk Substitute)
- 1 whole Banana, Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 2 teaspoons Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Instant Espresso Powder
- ½ teaspoons Stevia Or Other Sweetener
- 4 whole Ice Cubes
Preparation
Place the milk in the bottom of the blender, then add all the other ingredients. Blend until smooth and taste. If you need more sweetener add it a little bit at a time.
Serve immediately and enjoy the day ahead!
