For all those that suffer with food allergies, these waffles are a great alternative!
Ingredients
- 1-⅔ cup Rice Milk
- ½ cups Applesauce
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
Preparation
Start by preheating the waffle iron. Then, combine milk, applesauce, and water and whisk in the blueberries, flour, brown sugar, and baking powder. This will need to be whisked until it is a smooth consistency.
Pour a small amount of the mixture onto the heated waffle iron and cook until brown.
