An allergy-free alternative to pumpkin waffles.
Ingredients
- 1-⅔ cup Rice Milk
- ½ cups Applesauce
- 1 cup Canned Pumpkin
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
Preparation
Preheat the waffle iron. Mix the milk, applesauce, pumpkin, and water in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and baking powder. Then pour the dry ingredients over the liquid ingredients.
Pour a small amount of the mixture over the waffle iron until the green light comes on and the waffles are done.
