Description
These Allergy-Friendly Chocolate Chip Pancakes are gluten-free, egg-free and dairy-free. Also delicious, light and fluffy.
Ingredients
- 2-½ cups Gluten Free Flour
- 1-½ Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 2 cups Dairy Free Milk
- ¼ cups Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- Dairy Free Chocolate Chips, As Required
Preparation
Heat nonstick pan over medium low heat.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
Pour about 2 tablespoon of batter onto the pan. Cook until bottom is golden brown. Gently flip pancake with a spatula and cook until second side is golden brown. Remove from pan, and serve immediately with toppings of choice.
