Description

An easy, healthy smoothie that happens to be incredibly delicious and vegan!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Oats (gluten-free If Desired)
  • 1  Medium Banana, Peeled, Cut Into Chunks And Frozen
  • 4 teaspoons Natural Almond Butter
  • ½ cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Agave Nectar Or Sprinkle Of Truvia (optional)

Preparation

Place oats into a blender and pulse until they are finely ground. Next add frozen banana chunks, almond butter, almond milk, and sweetener if desired. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large cold glass and enjoy!
