Description
A low-calorie sweet frozen coffee drink that tastes like an Almond Joy candy bar.
Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Coffee, Frozen
- ¼ cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- ¼ cups Non-fat Milk
- 1 teaspoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ½ teaspoons Coconut Extract
- ⅛ teaspoons Almond Extract
- ½ teaspoons Stevia Or 1 Tablespoon Sugar (to Taste)
- 2 Tablespoons Fat Free Whipped Cream, For Topping
- Sweetened Coconut, Shredded, For Topping
- FOR THE CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE:
- ½ teaspoons Chocolate Syrup
- ½ teaspoons Non-fat Milk
Preparation
In a blender add coffee, coconut milk, non-fat milk, cocoa powder, coconut extract, almond extract and stevia. Process until smooth.
Meanwhile, for the chocolate drizzle, in a tiny bowl add chocolate syrup and milk and whisk together till combined. Set aside.
Pour coffee mixture into a cup and top with whipped cream, shredded coconut and chocolate drizzle.
