- 5 Ripe Bananas
- 16 ounces, fluid Heavy Cream
- ¾ cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Preparation
In a food processor, puree bananas until smooth.
Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until it reaches soft peaks. Combine the whipped cream and banana pure, mix well.
Transfer the mixture into ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions. Put the ice cream into a food container, cover with a lid and freeze for at least 3 hours before serving.
