Description
Originally called a Milano-Torino (for the Campari from Milano and the Cinzano Vermouth from Torino), this Italian cocktail quickly became the favorite of American tourists seeking relief from prohibition-era deprivation. It has a sophisticated bitter edge, a refreshing fizz and the pleasing hint of citrus.
