Description
A super food smoothie packed with apple and blueberry along with spinach and a little flax. Energy boosting and filling, this is the perfect smoothie to start your day off right!
Ingredients
- 1 whole Large Apple (I Used Granny Smith)
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Blueberries
- ½ cups Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cups Water
- 1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds
- Natural Sweetener, Optional
Preparation
Peel apple if you prefer (I left the skin on) and slice into chunks.
Place all ingredients into a large jug and blend with an immersion blender, or place ingredients into your blender and blitz until smooth. Serve immediately.
