Description

Healthy baked apple oats —the perfect Autumn breakfast. Gluten-free and dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • 80 grams Gluten Free Oats
  • 180 grams Dairy Free Natural Yoghurt
  • 2  Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2  Apples, Peeled, Cored, And Diced

Preparation

Preheat oven to 200ºC (390ºF).

Mix oats, yoghurt, honey, eggs, cinnamon and chopped apple. Divide between individual casserole dishes.

Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy warm.
